By accessing or using any of the Oernoe services (Oernoe Music, Flix, Podcasts, News, Developers, Search, Wiki, Elections), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, discontinue using Oernoe services immediately.

2. General Oernoe Services

The Oernoe platform consists of a variety of services, each offering different functionalities. These include:

  • Oernoe Music: A music streaming service.
  • Oernoe Flix: A platform for movies and TV shows.
  • Oernoe Podcasts: A podcast streaming and creation service.
  • Oernoe News: A news platform covering global and local news.
  • Oernoe Developers: A space for developers to create apps, plugins, and content.
  • Oernoe Search: A search engine for web content and personalized profiles.
  • Oernoe Wiki: A collaborative platform for sharing information.
  • Oernoe Elections: A service allowing users to create, manage, and participate in elections.

Each service has its specific policies (outlined below) and is governed by this overarching Oernoe TOS.

  • Subscription Plans: Oernoe Music offers both free and premium subscriptions. Paid subscriptions grant access to additional features like offline listening and ad-free experiences.
  • Prohibited Content: You must not upload content that infringes on copyrights or is harmful, illegal, or inappropriate.

5.2 Oernoe Flix

  • Content Access: Oernoe Flix offers a wide range of movies and TV shows. You agree not to distribute or download any content illegally.
  • Subscription and Billing: Oernoe Flix operates on a subscription model. Payments are recurring and can be canceled at any time, though no refunds will be provided for already paid billing cycles.
  • Age Restrictions: Some content may be age-restricted, and users are responsible for adhering to the guidelines.

5.3 Oernoe Podcasts

  • Content Creation: Users can create, upload, and distribute podcasts. By uploading, you retain ownership but grant Oernoe a license to use your content as part of the service.
  • Prohibited Content: Content that violates copyrights, is offensive, or contains misinformation may be removed.
  • Subscription: Some podcasts may require a paid subscription to access premium content.

5.4 Oernoe News

  • News Content: Oernoe News provides global and local news coverage. While some content may be user-submitted, Oernoe does not guarantee the accuracy of news submitted by third parties.
  • User Comments: You are allowed to comment on news stories. However, abusive, defamatory, or misleading comments will be removed, and your account may be terminated.

5.5 Oernoe Developers

  • Developer Tools: Oernoe Developers offers a platform for users to build apps, plugins, and other tools. Developers must adhere to the provided API guidelines and ensure their content complies with all applicable laws and intellectual property rights.
  • Monetization: Developers may monetize their apps on the Oernoe platform, but Oernoe reserves the right to take a percentage of all revenue.
  • Content Ownership: All intellectual property developed remains with the developer, though Oernoe retains a license to use the app or plugin within the platform.

5.6 Oernoe Search

  • Profile Inclusion: Users can request to have their profiles added to the Oernoe Search results. This will be reviewed by the Oernoe team to ensure compliance with our policies.
  • Search Results: Oernoe is not responsible for the accuracy of search results and does not guarantee the inclusion or ranking of content.

5.7 Oernoe Wiki

  • Collaborative Platform: Oernoe Wiki allows users to contribute and edit articles collaboratively. You agree to provide accurate and well-sourced information and not engage in vandalism or the spread of misinformation.
  • Content Moderation: Oernoe reserves the right to moderate or remove content that is inaccurate, misleading, or violates the platform’s standards.

5.8 Oernoe Elections

  • Election Creation: Users can create and manage elections on Oernoe Elections. All elections must comply with legal requirements and community standards.
  • Voting: Oernoe Elections provides tools for voting, but does not take responsibility for the outcome or disputes related to the election.
  • Fraud Prevention: Any attempt to manipulate votes or elections will result in immediate suspension of the account and removal of the election.

6. Prohibited Activities

Across all Oernoe services, you agree not to:

  • Engage in illegal activities or upload illegal content.
  • Circumvent any technological measures designed to protect the platform.
  • Harass, abuse, or defame other users or staff.
  • Engage in activities that harm the functionality or security of Oernoe services.

7. Termination of Service

Oernoe reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time if you violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities. Upon termination, you will lose access to all content and services associated with your account.

8. Modifications to the Service and Terms

Oernoe reserves the right to modify its services, pricing, and terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

9. Dispute Resolution

All disputes arising from the use of Oernoe services will be resolved according to the laws of the state of Idaho. You agree to first attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting Oernoe customer support.

10. Limitation of Liability

Oernoe is provided “as-is” and “as available.” Oernoe is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of its services, including interruptions, errors, or data loss.

11. Chargeback Policy

If you have any concerns about a transaction, please reach out to our billing team at support@oernoe.com or go to the support site to resolve the issue directly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting Oernoe may be considered a violation of our Terms of Service, and it can result in account suspension or termination.

12. Prohibited Conduct and Protection of Oernoe Services

We are committed to ensuring a safe and secure environment for all users. By using Oernoe and its services, you agree not to engage in any activity that could harm, interfere with, or undermine Oernoe’s systems, services, or reputation. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:

  • Unauthorized Access and Attacks: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, networks, or user accounts; attempting to hack, disrupt, or overload our systems.
  • Scraping and Unauthorized Data Collection: Collecting or scraping data from Oernoe or any of our services without our explicit, written consent.
  • Fraud and Payment Abuse: Engaging in fraudulent activities or abusing our payment systems, including unauthorized or deceptive transactions.
  • Intellectual Property Violations: Copying, duplicating, or using Oernoe’s products, branding, or intellectual property without permission.
  • Abuse of Reporting and Support Mechanisms: Misusing our reporting, customer service, or support features to harass Oernoe staff, obstruct operations, or otherwise cause disruption.

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your account and potential legal action where applicable.
